MB Military Trial Adjourned To Tuesday

The Military Tribunal adjourned on Wednesday its session to next Oct, 9th, 2007, its 19th session in the seventh trial against the Muslim Brotherhood (MB).

The Military Tribunal adjourned on Wednesday its session to next Oct, 9th, 2007, its 19th session in the seventh trial against the Muslim Brotherhood (MB).
 
It is worth noting that the MB lawyers spotted and revealed legal mistakes proving that the report of the illicit gain committee is groundless.
 
The main witness- the exert committee chief- seemed to be hesitant and lying in his testimony in Wednesday session. He aid that the report of the technical subcommittee of the illicit gain committee was taken into consideration in the final report, in clear contradiction to what he said in the 18th session as he said that the views of the technical subcommittee"s report weren’t not taken into consideration. He even denied in Wednesday session that the technical committee is related to the final report in the 19th session.
