MB Military Defence Panel Starts Sunday First Pleading
The Huckstepp-based military tribunal trying 39 Muslim Brotherhood (MB) leaders topped by eng. Khairat Al Shater the second deputy chairman of the group, starts on Sunday hearing the first pleading of the defence team.

The Huckstepp-based military tribunal trying 39 Muslim Brotherhood (MB) leaders topped by eng. Khairat Al Shater the second deputy chairman of the group, starts on Sunday hearing the first pleading of the defence team.
 
The pleading sessions, expected last for 10 sessions, start with the pleading of the Egyptian top lawyer Ragaae Atiya.
 
Hearings of the defense witnesses Dr. Aziz Sedki, former Egyptian Prime Minister, Makram Mohamed Ahmed, the press syndicate chairman, and Dr. Hamdi Al Sayed, the doctors union chief, were adjourned till after Adha Feast (Greater Bairam).
 
The pleading of other defence team members will be heard after Adha Feast, including Dr. Atef Al Banna, a professor of constitutional law at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, Dr. Mahmoud Al Saqqa a professor of constitutions at Cairo University, Yahya Qasem, Al Sayed Al Sobki the former chief justice of the military court, Mohamed Toson, Abdul Moneim Abdul Maqsoud, Nasser Al-Hafi, and others defence team members .
