MB Military Tribunal Adjourned till Jan, 14th to resume Defense Pleading
The Military Court will resume its sessions on Monday Jan, 14th, in the trial of 40 Muslim Brotherhood (MB) leaders topped by Khairat Al Shater the second deputy chairman of the group and Dr. Mohamed Ali Beshr a member of the group’s Executive Office.

The Military Court will resume its sessions on Monday Jan, 14th, in the trial of 40 Muslim Brotherhood (MB) leaders topped by Khairat Al Shater the second deputy chairman of the group and Dr. Mohamed Ali Beshr a member of the group"s Executive Office. Sunday"s session included completing the pleading for businessman Hassan Malek which has covered the previous three sessions. Monday"s session will include the pleading of Lawyer Sayed Al Sobki. He is actually a member in the Al-Wasat (Centre) Party which is well-known for its disagreements with the Muslim Brotherhood group. The lawyer indicated also the Prime Minister honored Dr. Hashish who won the State"s Appreciation Prize in addition to receiving the ideal doctor award in the faculty. For his part, the judge asked Dr. Hashish to appear before the court to see him. |
