Dakahlia Brotherhood Detainees Acquitted, Ordered Released

Cairo Appeals court issued a ruling on Monday of releasing Muslim Brotherhood detainees from Dakahlia.The detainees who are released by court are: Dr. Hamed Mansour, a specialist of Dermal Diseases at Mansoura Public HospitalDr. Mohamed Abdul Rahman, cardiac diseases consultant at Shirbin Public Hospital,Eng. Cairo Appeals court issued a ruling on Monday of releasing Muslim Brotherhood detainees from Dakahlia.
The detainees who are released by court are:
 
Dr. Hamed Mansour, a specialist of Dermal Diseases at Mansoura Public Hospital
Dr. Mohamed Abdul Rahman, cardiac diseases consultant at Shirbin Public Hospital,
Eng. Mohamed Zakariya, the head of the Auto Department in Al-Huda Wal-Nur Islamic schools.
Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Najjar,
Ali Mohamed Hisham.
They were detained in Wadi Al-Natroun prison, west of Cairo.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Mohamed Abdul Rahman, Dr. Hamed Mansour, and Eng. Mohamed Zakariya were detained on Tuesday Jan., 2nd, 2007, on the fourth day of Al-Adha Feast, on charges of distributing greeting cards on the occasion of the feast, and of belonging to an outlawed group; they were acquitted and ordered released by court more than once but the state security rearrested them and moved them to Wadi Al-Natroun prison.
 
As for Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Najjar and Ali Hisham, they were detained after a malicious complaint was filed by an official at the Shariya Society in the village of Menyat Sendob; the State Security Police hunted them for more than a month until they kidnapped them from the street and workplace; although the prosecution acquitted and ordered them released, but the state security issued a detention warrant and sent them to Wadi Al-Natroun also.
 
The manager the pharmacists club, Bakr Persia, was arrested also while returning from work on Sunday April, 29, 2007 over the same malicious complaint, and another one died while the State Security Police were chasing him, sheikh Atef Tantawi on Saturday, April, 7, 2007.
