More MB houses Stormed, Executive Bureau Member Arrested
As part of the government’s campaign to halt Muslim Brotherhood participation in local elections, state security forces broke into houses of MB candidates for the second day in the cities of Bani Suwaif, Daqahlia, Isma`ilia, Asuit, and Damietta.

As part of the government"s campaign to halt Muslim Brotherhood participation in local elections, state security forces broke into houses of MB candidates for the second day in the cities of Bani Suwaif, Daqahlia, Isma`ilia, Asuit, and Damietta.
 
 34 leading figures were arrested, including Dr. Muhammad Badea, member of the MB executive bureau, 14 from Bani Suwaif, five from Asuit, five from Isma`ilia, and another five from Daqahlia; (Abdul-Muhsen al-Qamhawi, candidate in the previous Shura Council inTalkha, Muhammad Sa`ad, candidate in previous parliamentary elections in al-Manzalah, `Atef Mesbaah from Mattariah, `Ahdy Al-Alfy and Abdul-Hameed `Issa from Sherbeen.)
 
In Damietta, state security police arrested Heshmat Sameer Mujahid, Muhammad Muhammad Al-Sunbatti, Majdi Musa`ad Imbabi, and Akram Ahmad As-Sab`.
