Rearresting Five MBs after Release Warrants
Despite release decisions passed by the Prosecution last Sunday, State Security Prosecution has decided sending five MBs from al-Sharqiyah Governorate away to Wadi Al-Nattron prison after rearresting decision by Ministry of Interior due to a complaint of a mosque administration.

Despite release decisions passed by the Prosecution last Sunday, State Security Prosecution has decided sending five MBs from al-Sharqiyah Governorate away to Wadi Al-Nattron prison after rearresting decision by Ministry of Interior due to a complaint of a mosque administration.

Detainees are: Ahmad Ibrahim al-Ju`aiss, Usamah Sayed Hamdan, Ahmad Abdul-Fattah Ahmad Mohamed, Mohamed Abdul-Moez Mahmoud, and Jamal Mahboub.

On the same regard, Zagazig Criminal Court has refused the appeal submitted by Dr. Yusuf Sami Umar Yusuf (Chemist) and prolonged detention to be referred in April 29th.
