Mock Trial for Minister of Petroleum for Exporting Gas to Israel
Later this month, Egyptian Bar Association will witness the roughest public tribunal for Sameh Fahmi (Minister of Petroleum), Ahmad Lateef; (head of Gas Holding Company), and Hussein Salem (head of East Mediterranean Gas Company for exporting gas to Israel.)

Later this month, Egyptian Bar Association will witness the roughest public tribunal for Sameh Fahmi (Minister of Petroleum), Ahmad Lateef; (head of Gas Holding Company), and Hussein Salem (head of East Mediterranean Gas Company for exporting gas to Israel.) The public tribunal judges will include Dr. Yahia al-Jamal as a head of the tribunal, Judge Tareq al-Ashri, Dr. Ibrahim Saleh, and Dr. Ibrahim Darweesh as members. Prosecution will be represented by MP Alaa Abdul-Monem who prepares the initiatory pleading, charges, notifying the respondents, and prosecution witnesses. Prosecution witnesses will be represented by Dr. Ibrahim Zahran and Dr. Amr Kamal Hammoudah (petroleum experts), and Ambassador Ibrahim Yusri; International lawyer and arbitrator. |
