Moroccan PJD Encourages Women To Run For Parliament
Morocco is setting the stage for the legislative elections scheduled to be held Sept. 7, 2007. Thirty Moroccan parties are expected to field candidates in these parliamentary elections, including the Islamic-leaning Justice and Development Party (PJD). Many expect that the PJD will soar high in these elections and it may form a government.
