Bar Syndicate in Alexandria in coalition with the Muslim Brotherhood Parliamentary Bloc and the defense of Hamada Abdul Lateef are going to hold a press conference on Sunday, October 05, to state legal and parliamentary procedures to be taken in the case of Hamada Abdul Lateef who was assaulted by police, against the Commissioner Deputy of Mina al Basal district officer Assayed Mohamed Assayed.

Abdul Lateef’s lawyer Khalaf Bayoumi said to ikhwanweb that the defense aims to clarify the legal procedures regarding the assault charges. He added that they are to be presented to the prosecutors to hear witnesses’ testimony.

Bayoumi expected Human Rights Organizations will hold a meeting in Alexandria next Thursday to monitor the case.
