Hisham Mubarak Law Center as well as other Kefaya movement activists filed a complaint for the prosecutor general calling for probes into the real reasons for the hunger strike in which detainees Musaad Abu Fagr and Yahia Abu Nassira went on inside Bur El Arab Prison.

The complaint was registered and referred to the Attorney General of Alexandria"s appeal prosecutions to pursue the necessary procedures. They sent a copy of the complaint to the Prisons Authority for reference.

Internet blogger Musaad Suleiman Hasan; known as "Musaad Abu Fagr", is one of the activists at Bedna Neeish (We wanna live) which is involved in discussing the issues and problems of interest to the Egyptian people at Sinai.

He was arrested in December 2007 and released by the court. But the Interior Ministry reissued an arrest warrant against him under the Emergency Law in February 2008.

Suleiman was arrested as a precautionary procedure to impede a sit-in organized by the citizens of Sinai to call for stopping oppressive procedures pursued by one of the banks that impose difficult measures on the people there.
