Munufeya Lawyers Files Communication against Officer

The Bar Syndicate filed a communication to the prosecutor general in Al Munufeya and another communication to General Hamdy Al Deeb, the security director of the governorate against Major Amin Gafar, the associate detective of Qwesna center after he attacked the lawyer Mohamed Mursi in the police station.

The Bar Syndicate filed a communication to the prosecutor general in Al Munufeya and another communication to General Hamdy Al Deeb, the security director of the governorate against Major Amin Gafar, the associate detective of Qwesna center after he attacked the lawyer Mohamed Mursi in the police station.

Two days ago Mursi filed a communication to Qwesna prosecutor against the Major, where he accused him of assaulting him inside the police station. Mursi said it happened when he asked the officer to show him the partial misdemeanor table book to search for an issue under the officer"s cases but the officer insisted on the presence of that person of the case by himself and to make a formal application including what he asked about. Mursi rejected this and said it is a basic right for lawyers and we are not used to this from officers at police stations. The officer raged, assaulted him and expelled him from the police station.
