The December issue of Carnegie’s Arab Reform Bulletin is up. With characteristic excellence, the new issue includes an article on Iraq’s upcoming provincial elections, and a piece analyzing the evolution of Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi’s political ideology. We also want to highlight an article by POMED Research Associate James Liddell on Moroccan parliamentary politics. In it, he discusses the collusion between the palace and various political parties to undermine the appeal of the Islamist PJD. |
