Court Refuses To Release Martially Tried After Serving Half Prison-Term
Administrative Court Head Judge Mohamed Attia decided to accept in form and refuse in content the contestation presented by those transferred to military courts for exempting some of them from release after serving half the prison term. Judge Attia referred the case to the Deputy Authority to prepare a report on the legal view regarding this lawsuit.
