The British Home Office decided to add two Egyptians to a list which includes 16 names of people barred from entering Britain, whom they described as "promoting hatred" and those are Safwat Hegazy and Wagdy Ghoneim.

The British Home Office Secretary Jackie Smith justified this action by saying that those prevented from entering Britain are "supporting the extremist views".
