Court Orders the Release of 13 MB Leaders
The Criminal Court of North Cairo (Circle 4) decided today to release thirteen MB leaders who were arrested in a raids campaign on the 14th May 2009. The Prosecution had falsely charged them with money laundering collected from a terrorism network designed to conceal and disguise its source and nature, but the Court acquitted them today from all charges.

The Criminal Court of North Cairo (Circle 4) decided today to release thirteen MB leaders who were arrested in a raids campaign on the 14th  May 2009. The Prosecution had falsely charged them with money laundering collected from a terrorism network designed to conceal and disguise its source and nature, but the Court acquitted them today from all charges.
 
Those released are:
 
- Dr. Osama Nasr El Din (member of the Guidance Office)
- Dr. Hossam Abu Bakr (Head of the MB Administrative Office in East Cairo)
- Dr. Ibrahim Mostafa
- Eng. Hesham Saqr (Cairo)
- Ashraf Abdel Samea
- Dr. Mohamed Saad Elewa (Giza)
- Ali Abdel Fattah
- Dr. Esam El Haddad (Alexandria)
- Mohamed El Ezbawy
- Mahmoud El Barrah (Gharbeya)
- El Husseini Mohamed El Shami
- Eng. Hassan Shaalan (Daqahleya)
- Walid Shalaby (The Islamic Author -Sharqeya)
