In an open and recurrent violation of the court’s decisions, the Interior Ministry issued a court order to arrest the thirteen MB leaders after the North Cairo Criminal Court ordered their release the day before yesterday.

In an open and recurrent violation of the court’s decisions, the Interior Ministry issued a court order to arrest the thirteen MB leaders after the North Cairo Criminal Court ordered their release the day before yesterday.
 
Detainees are:
 
- Dr. Osama Nasr El Din (member of the Guidance Office)
- Dr. Hossam Abu Bakr (Head of the MB Administrative Office in East Cairo)
- Dr. Ibrahim Mostafa
- Eng. Hesham Saqr (Cairo)
- Ashraf Abdel Samea
- Dr. Mohamed Saad Elewa (Giza)
- Ali Abdel Fattah
- Dr. Esam El Haddad (Alexandria)
- Mohamed El Ezbawy
- Mahmoud El Barrah (Gharbeya)
- El Husseini Mohamed El Shami
- Hassan Shaalan (Daqahleya)
- Walid Shalaby (The Islamic Author -Sharqeya)
 
It is worth mentioning that State Security Services had launched the raids campaign on the 14th May 2009. The Prosecution had falsely charged them with money laundering collected from a terrorism network designed to conceal and disguise its source and nature, but the Court acquitted them from all charges the day before yesterday
