Renewal of Detention for Dr. Abdel Ghaffar and 7 other MB leaders
In a related context, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided today to renew the detention of Dr. Ashraf Abdel Ghaffar, vice Secretary -General of the Medical Association and Rapporteur of the Human Relief Agency, for 15 days pending investigation for this to be the 6th renewal for him with no questions aimed at him during prosecution. Dr. Abdel Ghaffar was detained in the case No. 404 of 2009, Supreme State Security.

The Supreme State Security Prosecution in the 5th Compound(Altagamo Alkahmes) decided today to renew the detention pending investigation for 8 MB leaders in Cairo and Giza.
 
Those detained are:
Haj Sayed Al-nezili (Head of Giza Administrative Bureau)
Sheikh Hamdi Ibrahim (former instructor in the Ministry of Education and one of North Cairo MB leaders
 Dr. Mohyee Eldin Elzayet (Advisor in Ain Shams University and Deputy-Manager of North Cairo Administrative Bureau)
Dr. Hesham Eisa (Consultant anaesthesia in the Ophthalmology research Institute)
 Karem Radwan (accountant and Deputy-Manager of South Cairo Administrative Bureau)and
Ayman Hodhod (MB leader in Giza)
 
Security agencies have launched raid campaigns against MB leaders in Cairo and Giza  and arrested 8 MB members following Isha prayer in Moqatam area.
