State security forces raided the house of Dr. Adly Hussein in Hosh Esa and arrested 16 members of the Muslim Brotherhood who were present at the time.

State security forces raided the house of Dr. Adly Hussein in Hosh Esa and arrested 16 members of the Muslim Brotherhood who were present at the time. Among those detained are two former Members of Parliament, including Gamal Heshmat, a former MP who was defeated in the 2005 elections only due to fraud and Dr. Mohamed Sweidan, the administrator for the Brotherhood's office in Beheira.
Others detained include: Mohamed Sweidan Hosny Amr Mustapha Alkhouly Mohamed Abul Saad Mahdy Karsham Adel Younis Sobhi Altahan Hamed Badawy Hamad Ebeid Mohamed Alsharaky
These attacks and raids are not new to the regime that has been targeting members of the Brotherhood for some time and in particular those who hold highly ranked positions.
