Engineers are optimistic that the judiciary will allow the engineers their due with regards to the impending verdict of the Engineers syndicate case.

The United Engineers syndicate has had its files handed over to administrators for over 15 years with the absence of an actual Engineers' syndicate. Despite the continued postponing and rescheduling of the hearing, engineers believe that the court will issue a favourable verdict since there have been numerous announcements in their favour. The engineers' lawyers have presented documents to the judiciary which they believe will help the quick issuing of a decision allowing elections and the re-establishment of an actual Syndicate for the Engineers.
