Disappointing overrule of Military tribunals appeals.
The Appeals Court in Cairo overruled an appeal filed by the Muslim Brotherhood members who were sentenced by Military Tribunal on April 15, 2008 to harsh sentences which ranged from 3-10 years.

The Appeals Court in Cairo overruled an appeal filed by the Muslim Brotherhood members who were sentenced by Military Tribunal on April 15, 2008 to harsh sentences which ranged from 3-10 years. The fifth session which took place on November 5 had numerous defense lawyers involved namely: Mohamed Toson Nasser Alhafy Sayed Gad Allah Khaled Badawy Saeed Alsadek
Plaintiffs who filed appeals include: Eng. Khayrat el- Shater Dr Mohamed Ali Beshr Hassan Malek Eng. Ahmed Shousha Eng. Sadek Alsharkawy Eng. Ahmed Ashraf Sayed Maarouf Eng. Mamdouh El-Husseiny Dr Farid Galbat Dr Diyaa el-Deen Farahat Dr Salah Aldesouky Fatthy Mohamed Baghdady Eng. Ayman Abdul Ghany Dr Essam Abdul Mohsen Dr Mahmoud Abu Zeid Mustafa Salem Dr Essam Hashish |
