President Mubarak carried out a minor cabinet reshuffle on January 3, replacing two ministers.  The new Minister of Education is Ahmad Zaki Badr, formerly president of Ain Shams University. The new Minister of Transportation is Alaa Fahmi, former head of the postal authority.  Mubarak also appointed several new provincial governors, most of them retired military officers.  Click here for more
