The Muslim Brotherhood Parliamentary Bloc issued a statement criticizing the death sentences issued to 11 Iranians.  Tehran's Revolutionary Court had sentenced earlier 11 people to death after convicting them of participating in post-election riots. In fact two Iranians have already been executed.

The MB stressed that they had hoped for a Presidential pardon as a sign to ease tension which had erupted across Iran in June during elections and has continued ever since.

The deputies ascertained that the harsh sentences served would only result in further chaos shedding light on the current stance the West have of the Islamic World. They highlighted that it is imperative that the Iranian regime help unite the people rather than cause division and listen to reason as violence only promotes further violence.

The MB MP's concluded their statement calling on Iranian President Ahmedi Negad to issue a pardon and order the immediate release of any opposition who remain imprisoned.

Iranian plans KhalidHasan
Not only will Iran not pardon them, you will see more opposition arrested and executed (murdered). The Iranians are only concerned with advancing the Shiite agenda all over the Middle East. Anyone seen as opposing that is a target. I pray for the Iranian people, especially the forgotten Ahlul Sunnah of Iran and their noble history as light-bearers of this Ummah.
