Dr Mohamed ElBaradei former Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency returned to Cairo late last Sunday after his trip to Vienna with no welcoming party or crowds of supporters to meet him

Media wasn't alerted of his return and an official from the Ministry of Foreign affairs quietly finished the necessary documents for his entry into the country. ElBaradei was later whisked away in his waiting car where he was to return home quietly without any of the former celebration that had taken place last month when he had first returned to Egypt
