State Security hauls in 2 MBs, 2 activists and a journalist
Rashid’s Prosecution decided today to detain two Brotherhood members from Alexandria in custody for `5 days on charges of belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood.

 Two human rights activists and a reporter from “Nahdet Masr” newspaper were also brought in with the 2 MBs Ahmed El-Khadl and Moaz Abbas El-Sisi.

During the investigations, Mohamed Madani, reporter for “Nahdet Masr” and Islam el-Rifaie, Project Director of al-Shehab Centre for Human Rights and his assistant Sohaib Ragab Mohamed revealed that they went to the house of El-Khadl  to inspect and document the violations by the State Security who ransacked his house while he was abroad performing Umrah in Mecca.

The State Security Services raided his house last Tuesday and arrested him with an arrest warrant. During that time el-Sisi was there to welcome him back and the other two activists who were observing the violations.
