Renewed detention for 18 MB; another breach in constitution
For the fifth consecutive time a renewed detention order has been issued to 18 members of the Muslim Brotherhood.The order which would keep the detainees in custody a further 15 days is a breach of the constitution.

Defense lawyer Ahmed El-Darwish maintained that this decision is a violation of article 169 which stipulates in the Code of Proceedings that the appealed file should be handed in 48 hours
