Dozens of activists from the  6 April movement assembled in front of the Attorney General's office demanding the release of Tareq Ahmed Mohamed Khedr a student from the Faculty of Science in Alexandria who was kidnapped by  security services on March 27.

The protestors accused the prosecutors of colluding  with the Ministry of Interior to conceal, his whereabouts stressing that he was subjected to severe torture, which prompted the Interior Ministry cover up his location so as not to expose the crime.

Security forces surrounded the demonstrators, who hoisted banners demanding the release of their colleague, and chanted slogans

Demonstrators urged the Attorney-General, to look into the appeal submitted made by Dr. Hamdi Hassan of the Muslim Brotherhood parliamentary bloc into the illegal kidnapping of an innocent student which has breached all constitutional rights.
