Electronic monitoring of elections launched
The Arab Council and New World Organizations for human Rights launched an electronic network to monitor elections in Egypt .

Both chamber elections, local and presidential elections, students, workers and trade union’s elections are to be closely observed

The network is comprised of   three specialized centers, for news and information, for issuing reports of monitoring elections and for monitoring electoral violations

The e-network will issue daily and weekly reports during the electoral period and launch e-news web in addition to radio and live news from electoral constituencies. It will also provide reports and analysis on civil organizations monitoring the elections and offer distance educational programs for youths and members of NGOs who wish to work in raising awareness about electoral monitoring and new media
