OCHA: IOA demolished 65 Palestinian homes since start of 2010

The UN office for the coordination of humanitarian affairs (OCHA) in the occupied Palestinian lands said in a report that the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) had demolished 65 Palestinian homes in the West Bank since the start of 2010.

RAMALLAH, -- The UN office for the coordination of humanitarian affairs (OCHA) in the occupied Palestinian lands said in a report that the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) had demolished 65 Palestinian homes in the West Bank since the start of 2010.

The report noted that the demolitions led to the displacement of 125 persons including 47 children.

In another context, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained three Palestinians in Silwad town east of Ramallah at dawn Saturday.

Eyewitnesses said that the IOF troops thoroughly searched the homes of the detainees before taking them away.
