MB Morsy Calls for Solidarity with the freedom flotilla's ship "Rachel Corrie"

In a statement to "Ikhwanweb" Morsy asserted that the Humanitarian aid convoy revealed the free worlds contempt to the Israeli arrogance against the Gazans which exceeded all ethical limits, adding that the world also rejected the recent conduct and massacre on the Freedom Flotilla.

Media spokesman for the Muslim Brotherhood Dr. Mohamed Morsy paid tribute to the activists on board the ship "Rachel Corrie" which rejected all Israeli pressures and insisted on continuing on its way to the Gaza coast. Their resolve is a clear message to the world demonstrating their rejection to the siege on the Gaza Strip.

In a statement to "Ikhwanweb" Morsy asserted that the Humanitarian aid convoy revealed the free worlds contempt to the Israeli arrogance against the Gazans which exceeded all ethical limits, adding that the world also  rejected the recent conduct and massacre on the Freedom Flotilla. The MB executive member emphasized that lifting the siege on Gaza simply required the permanent opening of the Rafah crossing and did not necessitate emergency conferences by the Arab League

He, called on the Arab regimes to withdraw from the illusional peace initiative which has continued to be disregarded by the Israeli authorities Morsy also questioned the authenticity of the promises made during the Economic and Arab summits by leaders who vowed to participate with Gaza's reconstruction in 2009

Morsy concluded his statement calling on the worlds leaders to formally condemn the attacks on the flotilla and to support any convoys wishing to pass, where activists from different nationalities, creed and colour united intending to break the siege. He hoped that worldwide anger did not wane before the complete and unconditional lifting of the blockade on Gaza was achieved
