Friends of Humanity International called on the world to be inspired by the victory achieved against the defunct apartheid system in South Africa and stand firm against Israel’s apartheid in Palestine.

Friends of humanity congratulated in a statement the people of South Africa on the launching of the soccer world cup, adding that the world cup this year is distinguished from previous years by the world’s loyalty to South Africa that routed the apartheid system.

It also said that the world, which is meeting in the stadiums of South Africa nowadays, is invited to show a strong position against the apartheid regime embodied by the Israeli occupation that targets the Palestinian people, their land and resources.

The organization expressed confidence that the peoples of the world are able to raise their voices against the aggravating apartheid system in Palestine and work on getting it removed as soon as possible.
