Prosecution listens to testimonies on Alexandria killing
The head of the Prosecution office Ahmed Omar, heard the witnesses' testimonies on the alleged killing of Khaled Saed by plain clothed policemen in Alexandria.

A grocer and doorman's wife confirmed they saw the policemen beat the victim all over his body in a nearby building entrance later bashing his head on a concrete banister ascertaining that they believed it was then he died as a result of the vicious beatings.

Related, a protest was staged outside a mosque by nearly 400 family members, friends and neighbors of the victim slamming the vicious and brutal killing of Saed at the hands of the police. They also called for penalizing those involved in the incident and holding all responsible accountable.

Meanwhile, activists in the Daqahliya constituency have called for a silent protest. Protestors will be dressed in black t-shirts to condemn the killing of Khaled Saed.  Protests are to be staged in Alexandria and Cairo also.
