MB MP demands government's disclosure of political prisoners' whereabouts

Hassan argued that according to the constitution the emergency law provides that any detainee be given the right to communicate with his lawyer and his family within 24 hours of the arrest, and most of these prisoners have been held for more than 30 days. He emphasized that such illegitimate measures are clear example of the government complete disregard of international human rights laws and treaties |
