Events condemning torture in Egypt continue as the Egyptian Movement for Change "Kefaya" announced the organization of a mass protest on the 40 day commemoration of the killing of Khaled Saeed who has come to be known as the "emergency-law martyr". The protest is scheduled to take place in front of the Supreme Judiciary building. Bloggers and Facebook activists announced their intention to participate in the protest against human rights violations, as they slammed the torture of citizens in police stations and detention centre urging that all responsible be held liable
