Activist abducted while collecting signatures for reform

State security forces abducted, activist Abdullah al-Saadawi, from the Imbaba district in Cairo while he was collecting signatures during door knocking in support of the chartered seven demands for reform.
A police officer from the Imbaba precinct seized Saadawi confiscating the petition with citizens’ signatures. He was transferred to the police station and later to an unknown destination where his whereabouts still remains unknown.
The charter which has so far secured over 750, 000 signatures calls for:
1. Ending the state of emergency.
