![]() Security arrests over 25 activists with no news of their whereabouts
Security forces arrested a group of Facebook youth activists and youths from the National Association for change in Alexandria during a vigil they held this afternoon outside the Maritime Court in solidarity with political activist Hassan Mustafa.

Security forces arrested a group of Facebook youth activists and youths from the National Association for change in Alexandria during a vigil they held this afternoon outside the Maritime Court in solidarity with political activist Hassan Mustafa
They searched neighbouring streets for activists and seized personal phones and cameras ultimately causing Human rights activist Mahmoud Hosni to fall and break his leg.
Activists arrested by security forces include:
Yousef Shaaban Mohamed Abdul Kareem Ahmed abo Adam Mohamed Nabil Ahmed Fahmy Ahmed Doma Alaa Darweesh Mohamed Samir Haytham Anwar Ahmed Hossam Abdullah Farag Islam Algendy Atef Alaa Alkhayam Hassan Aleryan
So far there are 25 activists either arrested or missing and there is no news as to their whereabouts. |
