State security apparatus wasted no time in applying its unjust measures against political opposition to alter the outcome of upcoming elections. The latest bout was witnessed in the Kafr El sheikh constituency after the Muslim Brotherhood announced the names of their potential candidates in the November’s parliamentary elections. Shops and businesses belonging to MB candidates Mohamed Shaheen, Hussein Assal and other candidates were raided as goods were confiscated in an attempt to intimidate MB nominees and supporters. |
