Members of the National Democratic Party in the Egyptian constituency of Ismailia asserted that they would vote for the Muslim Brotherhood candidate Dr. Hamdy Ismail in the upcoming parliamentary election in protest to corruption in the NDP's internal elections.

Members of the National Democratic Party in the Egyptian constituency of Ismailia asserted that they would vote for the Muslim Brotherhood candidate Dr. Hamdy Ismail in the upcoming parliamentary election in protest to corruption  in the NDP's internal elections.

 

According to a source from the ruling party who spoke on condition of anonymity "Given the corruption and internal conflict within the party and its members we have decided to go to the ballot boxes and vote for the MB members who truly deserve to represent the people"
