The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) released a 13-year old child called Sayel Abu Qwaider after he spent 38 days in different Israeli jails.

The Palestinian prisoner society said that the Israeli court was very strict with the child and ordered him to pay a fine of 2,000 shekels.

The child experienced very difficult conditions while in detention, where from the first moment of his arrest he was severely beaten by Israeli soldiers, taken to Kiryat Arba police station and then to Ezion prison before being transferred to Ofer prison and later to Rimonim jail.

The IOF kidnapped the child from the vicinity of Al-Okhuwa school at the pretext of throwing stones at Israeli soldiers.

In separate incidents, the IOF on Tuesday morning stormed and ransacked a number of Palestinian homes south of Al-Khalil city, especially in the industrial zone. One Palestinian citizen was kidnapped during the raid.

The IOF on the same day at dawn kidnapped six Palestinian citizens in the cities of Bethlehem, Nablus and Qalqiliya.

Local sources in Jenin said that the IOF detained on Monday a 13-year old child called Taleb Taleb in Zabuba village while he was inside his home's yard picking olives. The child was taken to nearby Salem military post and interrogated for more than an hour before being released.
