IOF troops assault old woman, arrest her son
Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed a Palestinian home in Doura village, south of Al-Khalil, and detained a young man after battering his mother and injuring her.

AL-KHALIL, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed a Palestinian home in Doura village, south of Al-Khalil, and detained a young man after battering his mother and injuring her. Local sources said that the soldiers broke into a number of houses in the village at dawn Sunday before taking away Mohammed Awawada, 22. They noted that the soldiers threw teargas canisters into the house causing breathing problems among its occupants. In another incident, the IOF soldiers stormed the office of Hamas MP Mohammed Abu Juhaisha in Edhna village, west of Al-Khalil. Local sources said that the soldiers left the office in chaos after thoroughly searching it then searched the MP's home in the same manner. |
