The Al Jazeera television channel  issued a news release announcing that the Muslim Brotherhood’s detained deputy chairman Eng Khairat Al-Shater and  businessman Hassan Malek were issued release orders following a harsh military sentence which ranged from 5 to 7 years.

Both detainees were acquitted by civilian court however were referred to military tribunal by the corrupt and deposed Dictator Mubarak.

The group was targeted and levelled with a host of fabricated and unjust charges with no evidence found however the regime’s unjust system failed to respect the courts orders.

Al-Shater had suffered numerous health setbacks during his detention  the latest being a heart attack after engaging in an argument with prison officials who refused to allow the group exercise before the former and currently imprisoned corrupt Interior Minister Habib el Adly finished his so called session.

Many international and domestic human rights organizations worked for years calling for the immediate release of the innocent men.
