Dr. Ahmed Shafiq, former Prime Minister, met with a number of his supporters yesterday evening in his house.

Dr. Ahmed Shafiq, former Prime Minister, met with a number of his supporters yesterday evening in his house.

Abdullah Diab, one of the youth who met with Shafiq, stated that the former PM announced his willingness to run for the presidential elections following the referundum on the constitutional amendments, although Shafiq has assured them that he does not have any plans for the upcoming phase.

Diab pointed out that Shafiq stated that he does not mind running for the Presidency elections if Egyptians wished so.
