A group of Muslim Brotherhood (MB) youth launched a page on the social networking site Facebook dedicated to objectively discussing interesting news concerning the community and the (MB).  The page titled "The MB Pulse" or "Nabd Al Ikhwan" will also monitor news concerning candidates from the Freedom and Justice Party's (FJP) fielding in the upcoming parliamentary and Shura elections.

The page, whose members rocketed to more than 8000 in less than a week, is made up of volunteers nationwide interested in media work from Cairo, Alexandria, Monoufeya, and Sohag. It is expected that the page's team will expand to other governorates following the initial stages.

Speaking to Ikhwanweb, the page's director Hossam Al-Badry stated that the page is hoping to attract 2 million visitors in its first year, and 2000 contributors. He added that training courses are being organized in the journalistic, editing, and directing fields for the page admins.
He added that the page consists of several sections including news, the Muslim family, reflection, and MB affairs.
