Freedom and Justice Party Executive Office Statement on Constitutional Court Rulings
Faced with a vicious desperate push by the dark forces of bygone repression and ousted despotism, the Freedom and Justice Party urges all Egyptians to come out in support of the presidential contender Morsi, to quell the brutal attack on their revolution.

The Freedom and Justice Party (FJP)’s Executive Office affirms that the right choice to protect the Egyptian people’s revolution is to participate positively in great numbers in the runoff presidential election, on Saturday and Sunday 16 and 17 June, and to vote for the candidate of the revolution, Dr. Mohamed Morsi, and also to be alert to protect the voting process from fraud. The FJP calls to attention the dark background of the current situation with all the developments that took shape in the last hours: the Supreme Constitutional Court’s rulings, which confirm that the former regime has not given up yet and will not give up easily, and that the success of Dr. Mohamed Morsi will pave the way for a new phase to dismantle the legacy system of the ousted despots, with all its foundations, pillars and parts, and build a modern democratic system to ensure the rotation of power among political parties through periodic elections based on freedom, integrity, and upholding the true will of the people.
