![]() FJP Chairman Katatni: Government Reshuffle Matter for Presidency and Cabinet
Six new ministers may be sworn in Tuesday in limited cabinet changes, while provinces across Egypt will also see a number of governors replaced.

Informed government sources affirmed that the final names of new ministers to join Egypt’s cabinet have been determined, that President Morsi and Dr. Hisham Qandil will make the final approval soon, and ministerial changes will be announced officially later on this weekend, adding that the reshuffle will include six ministries.
The same sources also said that governor movements were completed ten days ago, but the announcement was delayed in wait for the completion of the ministerial changes.
Separately, in a press statement, Dr. Mohamed Saad Katatni, Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) Chairman, said: "The FJP does not have any information about the deliberations of the forthcoming reshuffle. This is strictly a matter for the Presidency and the cabinet." |
