Hussein Ibrahim, Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) Secretary, condemned all acts of violence, especially the bombings in the Sinai governorate earlier Monday.
He stressed that the FJP has adopted a strictly peaceful approach in rejecting the coup, saying: "Our approach in rejecting the coup is peaceful.
"Certain parties seem to have been perturbed by the huge popular protests and growing discontent against the coup. They want to drag the country into violence, making up bombings so it can take the deterioration of the security situation as a pretext to continue in its coup against democratic legitimacy. Our strength is in our peacefulness." |
