The ‘Women Against Coup’ movement has scheduled a series of huge activities to counter the crimes committed against Egyptian women who stand against the bloody military coup.

The movement is to perform prayers for the souls of the three women martyrs who were killed brutally in an ambush against their peaceful demonstration on Friday (July 19) in Dakahlia governorate. A mass rally is to start Sunday after Noon Prayer (12:30 pm local time) at An-Nour Mosque, in Abbasiya, Cairo. The rally will head to the Ministry of Defense.

Several other activities are to take place at the same time, in Nahda Square, in front of Cairo University. Then a women rally is to head to the National Council for Human Rights.
