A short while ago, Dr. Mohamed Badie, the Muslim Brotherhood’s Chairman, received the news of the death of his son Ammar. He died of a gunshot wound he sustained in the Friday of Anger protests in Cairo yesterday.

The martyr Ammar participated in non-violent demonstrations in the vicinity of Al-Fateh Mosque in Cairo with thousands of Beni Suef residents, of whom dozens were killed and injured by Sisi militias who attacked them with live bullets.

Thirty-eight year old Ammar is the middle son of the Brotherhood’s general guide, was a computer engineer, married and had two children.
