Osama Morsi: Putschists' Procedures Remain Null and Void; January 25 Revolution Continues
President Morsi's son echoes the majority of Egyptians' view that the army's power-grab is nothing but a coup d'etat and that all its actions and processes are evidently illegitimate, null and void.

Osama Morsi, son of elected Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, said that Sunday's ceremonies in Cairo are simply an extension of the military coup's illegitimate processes.

In a post on his official Facebook page, President Morsi's son said: "The military take-over of Egypt on July 3, 2013 was nothing but a fully-fledged military coup against the Revolution and its gains, the President and his democratic legitimacy and the Constitution of this homeland.

"Everything that builds on this illegitimate coup, all consequent actions and processes are just cosmetics meant to complete the military maneuver to set up the traitor and his ilk in the country's top post... This coup will certainly be defeated and overthrown, whether the putschists like it or not. The Revolution continues."
