Dr. Mohamed Ali Bishr, Muslim Brotherhood leader and Minister of Local Development in Morsi's government, described as totally baseless media reports about him receiving an offer from "a major political figure close to the junta government" to establish "a new political party" and suggesting he is participating in "secret negotiations" with the military junta.

Dr. Bishr called on all media organizations to commit to basic principles of honesty, credibility and professional objective reporting, especially in the current sensitive stage of the homeland and the Revolution.
