A statement by the Anti-Coup Pro-Democracy National Alliance condemned the criminal masterminds behind the latest explosion, which occurred in Bulaq Abul-Ela district in Cairo, and the two other bombings reported in the media to have taken place in Giza and Gharbiya, in time with the start of the scheduled visit of the coup General Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi to the United Nations.

The Egyptian people have become quite familiar with these heinous crimes orchestrated by treasonous security agencies with specific timings, which come to conveniently confirm the deceitful lies told by the murderous military junta to tarnish the January 25 Revolution and all those who participated in it or are peacefully struggling now to complete it.

Those heinous crimes are the ugly hallmark of the coup commanders and collaborators, as witnessed at various key moments in the past. This is a clear attempt to employ violence – which is completely rejected by the Alliance – for the purpose of exporting false terrorism claims to the West, marketing junta myths in the UN.
